Great price for organic milk. And this milk has a longer shelf life than regular milk due to the way it is pasteurized. Most organic milk is ultra-pasteurized. This means it is heated at a higher temp than regular milk, so the bad enzymes which cause it to spoil are killed. There is some controversy about the good enzymes being killed as well though, so you will have to weigh those pros and cons yourself. After weighing the options and doing the research I have opted to go organic for those of my family members who still drink dairy.

The only drawback I saw to these were that they are grain fed a diet of corn and soy, both of which tend to be inflammatory, but I figured for fresh, free range, and natural with minimal processing this was a decent deal on some pretty good chicken, and it definitely fit my budget.
