Note: The $1/4 from the 11/11 Red Plum may have been regional, so you may not have gotten it. Either way this is a great price for canned veggies. This is the lowest I have seen for Libbys in our area.
If Dollar General is not convenient you can always try Ad Matching at Walmart. I say “try” as I have had some issues ad matching at Walmart lately. I have been able to do it, but not without alot of hassle. I would definitely take a copy of their ad match and coupon policy with you.
